Ingredients:
1. 1 cup Organic Tattva quinoa flour
2. ? tsp salt
3. 1 tsp garlic powder or dry herbs of your choice
4. ? cup warm water, + 3-4 Tbsp more if needed
5. 2 Tbsp edible coconut oil, melted or any vegetable oil of your choice
6. coarse sea salt/salt flakes
Steps:
1. Combine quinoa flour and seasonings in a bowl.
2. Mix well to form a dough kneading with your hands.
3. Roll out dough thin and cut into 1-inch crackers using a knife or a pizza cutter and transfer to a lined baking sheet. Poke holes in each cracker and sprinkle with salt flakes.
4. Bake at 350?F (180?C) for 10-12 minutes.
