Easy Method of Preparation
1. Take 1 cup of Protein Daal Cheela mix.
2. Add buttermilk and make dosa consistency batter, and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
3. Heat an iron griddle and grease it with oil, and spread the batter on griddle with the help of a laddle. 4. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes and add some oil. 5. Flip the cheela and cook other side as well. 5. Hot cheela is ready and is best served with green chutney.
