Praakritik Organic Chilka Hara Moong 500 gm:-
- Measure the desired amount of Organic Chilka Hara Moong.
- Rinse the dal under running water to remove any impurities.
- In a pot, add water in a 1:3 ratio (1 cup dal to 3 cups water) and bring it to a boil.
- Add the rinsed dal to the boiling water and let it cook on medium heat.
- Skim off any foam that forms on the surface.
- Cook until the dal becomes soft and mushy, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate pan, heat oil or ghee and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onions, and other spices.
- Add the cooked dal to the pan, mix well, and simmer for a few minutes.
